TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms govern your use of the Builders Forge™ website operated by Small Project Services LLC (“SPS”). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Software-only service

Builders Forge™ is a software service for independent builders. It lets a builder configure pricing, send a builder-specific customer link, collect project details and rough-estimate requests, save leads, and prepare the builder's own estimates and invoices. SPS is not a builder, contractor, construction broker, project manager, or party to any construction agreement. SPS does not perform, direct, supervise, inspect, warrant, or guarantee construction work.

No professional or binding quote

Website information is general planning information, not engineering, architectural, legal, financial, or construction advice. Rough estimates are not bids, offers, contracts, or guarantees. Only a final written proposal accepted by the customer and the selected business can establish the scope, price, schedule, payment terms, warranties, and responsibilities for a project.

User responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, use the website lawfully, protect access to your account, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You may not interfere with the service, attempt to access another user's records, submit unlawful or deceptive content, scrape the website, or use it to send spam.

Builder plans and payment

Promotional pricing through October 31, 2026 is $39.95 per month or $1,095 one time. Beginning November 1, 2026, listed pricing is $69.95 per month or $1,595 one time. The monthly option includes technical support and limited customizations while the account remains subscribed. The one-time option provides access for the life of the program with no monthly software fee; later customizations may require an additional charge. Online payment processing is not currently enabled inside Builders Forge. Final billing, renewal, cancellation, taxes, support scope, and refund details will be presented before any paid plan begins. Published promotional pricing does not guarantee availability after the stated deadline.

Standalone website tools

Website tools are separate products and do not require a Builders Forge platform subscription unless a product page expressly says otherwise. Product pages state the current price, included features, delivery method, setup steps, and whether customization is available. The Mobile Offline Quotes and Invoice Tool is listed at $295 through October 31, 2026 and $495 beginning November 1, 2026. A submitted order does not charge a payment card. Delivery becomes available after SPS separately confirms payment. Private delivery links are intended for the purchaser and may not be resold or publicly shared. Device-local records are controlled by the purchaser, who is responsible for backups, device security, customer permissions, and record retention.

Independent builders

Builders and contractors are independent businesses, not SPS employees, agents, partners, or representatives. Customers are responsible for evaluating any business before hiring it, including confirming current licensing, insurance, references, permits, pricing, contract terms, and suitability. Display of a business or license number is not a guarantee, endorsement, or continuing verification.

Accounts and availability

We may approve, deny, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or our legal interests. We may change or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Intellectual property

The website's branding, design, text, and software are owned by SPS or its licensors and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Users retain ownership of information they submit and grant SPS the limited permission necessary to store, process, display, and transmit it to provide the service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, or results. SPS is not liable for builder conduct, construction work, property damage, delays, disputes, pricing differences, or decisions made from a rough estimate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SPS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, business users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold SPS harmless from third-party claims arising from their content, services, customer dealings, legal violations, or breach of these Terms.

South Carolina law

These Terms are governed by South Carolina law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction serving Spartanburg County, South Carolina, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date. Continued use after a change means acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
