BUILDER TERMS

Effective and last updated: August 21, 2026

These Builder Terms supplement the website Terms and apply to every business using a Builders Forge™ builder account.

Account access and accurate information

Builder access may activate automatically after registration and email confirmation. Builders must provide accurate, current account information and promptly update changes. Small Project Services LLC may pause or terminate an account, or remove it from the recommended directory, for nonpayment, misuse, safety concerns, policy violations, or other legitimate business reasons. A submitted license number does not certify that a builder is licensed, insured, qualified, or suitable for any particular project.

Independent business

Each builder operates independently and is solely responsible for its employees, subcontractors, licensing, insurance, permits, taxes, pricing, contracts, workmanship, warranties, safety, communications, and compliance with federal, state, and local law. A builder may not represent that it is employed by or authorized to bind SPS.

Plans, billing, and support

Promotional pricing through October 31, 2026 is $39.95 per month or $1,095 one time. Beginning November 1, 2026, listed pricing is $69.95 per month or $1,595 one time. The monthly option includes technical support and limited customizations while subscribed. The one-time option has no monthly software fee and provides access for the life of the program, but future customizations may require an additional charge. Online payment processing is not currently enabled inside Builders Forge. Complete billing, renewal, cancellation, taxes, support scope, customization limits, and refund details will be provided before a paid plan begins.

Customer information

Builder access to a lead is limited to responding to that customer's project inquiry and managing the resulting business relationship. Builders may not sell, rent, share, scrape, compile, or use customer information for unrelated marketing. Builders must use reasonable security, limit access to authorized personnel, honor lawful privacy requests, and delete information when it is no longer reasonably needed.

Calls, texts, and email

Builders may call or text a rough-estimate customer only when the lead clearly states that the customer requested contact. Builders are responsible for complying with all consent, do-not-call, telemarketing, text-message, and commercial-email laws. An inquiry does not authorize prerecorded calls, automated marketing texts, or unrelated promotions. Builders must identify themselves and honor requests to stop contact.

Pricing and documents

Builders are responsible for the accuracy of rates, estimates, invoices, taxes, descriptions, and customer-facing documents they create. The software is an administrative tool and does not provide accounting, tax, construction, or legal advice.

Account security and enforcement

Builders must protect account access and report suspected misuse promptly. SPS may suspend or terminate access for inaccurate information, misuse of customer information, unlawful conduct, threats to security, customer harm, nonpayment, or violation of these terms.
